Campus Facilities depends on coordinators to keep occupants informed about events that may impact them—such as planned utility outages, road closures, maintenance, or construction. Coordinators also handle building key approvals and manage card access to electronic exterior doors.
Appointed by deans, directors, or department heads, coordinators and alternates are typically available during regular business hours. They are also asked to provide Campus Facilities with an after-hours contact number in case of building-related emergencies that require immediate attention.
