University Auto Leasing (UAL)
University Auto Leasing is only leasing 12 Passenger Vans (the large vans). Other vehicle leasing options are available at UM System’s procurement and travel page.
University Auto Leasing (UAL) is a vehicle leasing agency operating within the structure of the University of Missouri. It leases official vehicles at a competitive market rate to faculty and staff for university business. Vans are leased by the day, week, month or year to accommodate any leasing needs customers might have. Other vehicles for departmental use may be available for long term lease.

*A convenient drop box is provided for customers returning late at night and on weekends at Parking Structure 7 (PS7) 4th Floor UAL South Parking Area.
Drivers of University owned vehicles must comply with UM Business Policy UM BPM-406 Vehicles. Individuals picking up lease vehicles will be asked to present their driver’s license for inspection. While the vehicle is in the custody of the department the supervisor or administrative head of the department is responsible for compliance with UM BPM-406 Vehicles. Vehicles returned with excessive interior dirt, trash or odor will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of up to $100.
Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance.

- If you cancel your booking more than 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a cancellation fee of $50.
- If you cancel your booking less than 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a cancellation fee of $100.

University Garage
University Garage is a contracted auto-repair business that services and maintains university and private vehicles. The unit provides services to the university on a recharge basis at a fixed, flat-rate, per-hour basis.
