Project Overview:
Landscape Services has completed a new Ornamental Grass Garden on the south side of the Physics Building. The garden features a dozen varieties of ornamental grasses in a range of shapes, sizes and colors, transforming a once underused section of campus into a vibrant landscape feature. As part of the project, the team also installed a retaining rock wall to help control erosion and stabilize the slope. In addition to its aesthetic value, the garden serves as an educational space for plant identification and hands-on learning.
